I THINK IT IS TIME FOR THE CITY OF ST PAUL AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF SÃO PAULO TO CREATE A SPECIAL MITE GUARD THE GATES OF SCHOOLS, IT WOULD NOT BE INTERESTING?? CHILD CARING AND SUPPORTING THE GUARDS AND MUNICIPAL POLICE?? MINOR MINOR SEARCHING AVOIDING THAT THEY ENTER SCHOOLS WITH GUNS AND DRUGS ... WELL BE INTERESTING ... LOGICALLY WITH MONITORING BY ROUNDS AND SCHOOL THAN I BUDDY WANTED ... SEE THESE COULD MAKE RANGERS JUNIOR DAILY REPORTS AGAINST ABUSE OF STUDENTS AGAINST TEACHERS AND ONE OR OTHER FIGHTS AND DETER EXTERNAL OR SEPARATE THESE FIGHTS IN THE STREETS AND SCHOOLS. WELL, WITH TRAINING AND TECHNICAL PERSONNEL OF DEFENSE AND A BIT OF CRIMINAL LEGISLATION AND ACE WOULD ... WELL THANK THE LOWEST MITE GUARD COULD ALSO ACTING AGAINST THE REPRESENTATION OR FOR THE MINOR IN SPECIALIZED POLICE TO MINOR INFRINGING NOT NECESSARILY IN POLICE .POLICE NORMAL BECAUSE THE OTHERS ADULTS CRIMES IN EXCESSIVE JOB FOR POLICE ... THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT CREATE THE JUNIOR POLICE STATIONS?? JUST AN IDEA FOR A DEVELOPING COUNTRY THAT ANY MOMENT BECOMES FIRST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD ...

A Importância do Escotismo ou Guardas Mirins para as Crianças no Brasil e no Mundo;

 

Assalamu Waleikum!!!

 

Pessoal, outro dia passei em frente ao Quartel do Exercito Brasileiro no Bairro de Quitauna localizada na cidade de Osasco, Município do Estado de São Paulo e foi o Quartel onde servi o Exercito Brasileiro em 1992. Bom, e vi uma faixa bem grande escrito: Inscrições para Escoteiro... Fiquei Super Feliz em Saber que Pessoas estão ajudando as crianças de alguma ocupando suas cabeças finais de semana ou durante a semana com Ordem Unida, Atividades Ecológicas, uma Educação Sócio-Cultural para estes Jovens Coisa que o Governo seja Federal, Estadual ou Municipal deveria fazer em São Paulo o que nunca vi...Alguém de vocês não estranhou que existem Guardas Mirins no Interior de São Paulo e na Capital com tantos Parques Ecológicos e você NUNCA viu??? Não é estranho??? Prefeitura de São Paulo pelo que vejo adora ECONOMIZAR com Nossas Crianças.ACHO QUE ESTÁ NA HORA DE A PREFEITURA DE SÃO PAULO E O GOVERNO DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO CRIAR UMA GUARDA MIRIM ESPECIAL NAS PORTAS DAS ESCOLAS, NÃO SERIA INTERESSANTE??? MENOR CUIDANDO E APOIANDO AS GUARDAS MUNICIPAIS E A POLICIA??? MENOR REVISTANDO MENOR EVITANDO QUE OS MESMOS ENTRASSEM NAS ESCOLAS COM ARMAS E DROGAS...SERIA BEM INTERESSANTE...LOGICAMENTE COM ACOMPANHAMENTO DAS RONDAS ESCOLARES E AI AMIGAO QUERIA VER...ESTES GUARDAS MIRINS PODERIAM FAZER RELATORIOS DIARIOS CONTRA ABUSO DE ALUNOS CONTRA PROFESSORES E VICE VERSA E DETER BRIGAS EXTERNAS OU SEPARAR ESTAS BRIGAS NAS ESCOLAS E NAS RUAS...COM BONS TREINAMENTOS E TECNICAS DE DEFESA PESSOAL E UM POUCO DE LEGISLACAO PENAL E ECA SERIA MUITO BEM OBRIGADO...O MENOR DA GUARDA MIRIM PODERIA ATUAR TAMBEM NA REPRESENTACAO CONTRA OU A FAVOR DO MENOR NA DELEGACIA ESPECIALIZADA AO MENOR INFRATOR NÃO NECESSARIAMENTE EM DELEGACIA DE POLICIA NORMAL...PK O  GOVERNO NÃO CRIA AS DELEGACIAS MIRINS???  É SÓ UMA IDEIA PARA UM PAÍS EM DESENVOLVIMENTO QUE A QUALQUER MOMENTO SE TORNARÁ PAÍS DE PRIMEIRO MUNDO...

 

VAMOS FALAR SOBRE ESCOTISMO;

 

As chamadas Guardas Mirins foram criadas no Brasil após o aparecimento do ESCOTISMO, um movimento que surgiu na Inglaterra em 1910, com finalidade de aperfeiçoar nos jovens, princípios elevados de moral e civismo e sentimentos de auto- afirmação. Criado por iniciativa de Baden-Powell congrega a juventude sem discriminação de raça, política ou religião. Difundido pelo mundo inteiro, o escotismo, apesar das peculiaridades regionais ou de cultura, é regido pelos mesmos princípios e norteado pelo mesmo espírito e regulamento por uma lei geral. Ao Ingressar no escotismo, o jovem presta um juramento igual aos dos Exércitos de seus Países em cumprir seus deveres para com Allah(SWT) ou seja com DEUS, com a Pátria,para com o seu semelhante e submeter-se aos regulamentos da Organização. O Primeiro Congresso Internacional de Escotismo foi realizado em Londres em 1920, o Jamboree, quando Banden Powell foi aclamado Chefe Internacional do Escotismo. A esse Congresso compareceram 32 países que já possuíam acampamentos registrados de escoteiros e a partir daí, de quatro em quatro anos, na Inglaterra, centro mundial do Escotismo, são realizados Conferencias Internacionais com a Participação de todos os países ligados ao movimento. Na Organização dos escoteiros, cada duas patrulhas formam uma tropa e as reuniões feitas geralmente uma vez por semana. O BRASIL aderiu ao movimento do Escotismo por iniciativa da Marinha de Guerra, e recebeu todo o apoio dos Intelectuais Patriotas da Época, como Olavo Bilac e Coelho Neto. O primeiro núcleo de escoteiros foi Fundado no Brasil no Rio de Janeiro em 1910 (Que Ironia, hoje o Crime em geral é que recruta a garotada), que se chamava CENTRO DE BOYS SCOUTS, o que se difundiu pelo País Inteiro. Em São Paulo, criou-se por iniciativa de Macedo Soares a ASSOCIACAO BRASILEIRA DE ESCOTEIROS. Para Centralizar e Coordenar as atividades fundou-se a UNIAO DOS ESCOTEIROS DO BRASIL no Rio de Janeiro. Ao Ingressarem no Escotismo, os garotos e garotas recebem nomes especiais conforme a Idade:

@Lobinhos- 7 aos 11 anos de idade

@Escoteiros- 11 aos 15 anos de idade

@Senior- 15 aos 18 anos de idade

@Pioneiros- 18 aos 24 anos de idade

 

Por se tratar de uma Organização com Finalidades Especiais de Aperfeiçoamento Moral e Social, baseado no Respeito a DEUS, a Pátria, a Ordem e a Disciplina, os Escoteiros são Respeitados e bem acolhidos no MUNDO INTEIRO e Constituem um elo de Fraternidade, ligando os jovens de todas as Pátrias, Religiões e Raças. Possuem seu dia no Calendário Mundial, 23 de Abril na qual se comemora o DIA MUNDIAL DO ESCOTEIRO.
